He has operated a successful practice in the Houston area for the past 5 years and is now offering his services to the .

Dr. Layton was born in Atlanta, Georgia, however he has lived in Texas for over 28 years. He is a graduate of A&M University and Texas A&M University College of Medicine.
An internship and three clinical years of surgery residency at the UTHSC Houston was followed by a micro-surgery fellowship. He completed his medical training with a plastic surgery residency at UTHSC Houston and is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons.
